Condominium manager

Our client, a co-ownership association located in Ville St-Laurent, is looking for a co-ownership manager to manage its 200 units.

Main challenges

As a condo manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of a condo community. Your main objective is to ensure the proper functioning of the property, defend the interests of the condominium association and improve the overall living experience of the residents.

The manager will be responsible for different aspects of management such as:

Administrative management;

  • Financial management;
  • Maintenance and operation;
  • Compliance and regulations;
  • Communication and customer service;
  • Emergency response and safety.

Skills and personal qualities sought

  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • The condominium manager plays a crucial role in creating a harmonious and well-maintained living environment for residents while ensuring the financial stability and compliance of the condominium community.

Required experience and requirements

  • Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the management of large co-ownerships.
  • Good knowledge of applicable laws.

Remuneration

Salary between 70k and 80k

Flexible schedule of 25 hours / week
