Your responsibilities in a few words:
Carry out complex transactional and commercial files, from strategy to closing - Maintain relationships with clients and contribute to business development to support the growth of the department - Participate in the development and management of other team members

Your strengths for this position:
• Professional title in law (asset)
• Relevant practice in business law
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in the technology, pharmaceutical, engineering, or other fields related to intellectual property
• Experience in team management
• Bilingualism: functional
