WORK LOCATION: Legal Affairs Administration, 1200 BOUL CHOMEDEY Laval H7V 3Z4
Reporting to the management of the Legal Affairs Service, you are responsible for the supervision of the legal administrative activities for the service. You ensure the management of the administrative support staff for the Civil and Administrative Law division and for the Governance Secretariat.
More specifically, you:

Supervise, guide, and direct the members of the administrative support team in carrying out their legal-related files; determine the general order of priorities, set objectives, and inform the team of your expectations. Participate in the selection of support staff, organize work, evaluate performance, ensure training and information, and intervene in disciplinary actions;

Ensure continuous review of administrative processes and the organization of work within the Service with a view to improving organizational performance;

Analyze internal operational processes and recommend appropriate changes to improve the flow of administrative operations
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or other relevant training;
- Have five years of relevant experience in a legal environment, particularly in
supervising staff; - Excellent mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
