  • Keep corporate books up to date and ensure document compliance throughout operations.
  • Conduct corporate verifications and support the preparation of required deliverables for transactions.
  • Monitor timelines and regulatory obligations, then secure necessary filings and follow-ups at the right time.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain missing information, clarify next steps, and ensure efficient service.
  • Mentor and coach junior and intermediate paralegals by sharing work methods and best practices.

Profile Sought — essential requirements and expected collaboration style

  • Communicate in English at an intermediate level for occasional English-speaking clients.
  • Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills aligned with a flexible and low-micromanagement environment.
  • Work in a team with a client service-oriented approach, communication, and multi-site collaboration.

Conditions — compensation, flexibility, and benefits

  • Offer a salary of approximately $100,000 based on experience.
  • Work in a hybrid mode with flexible offices and bookable workstations (up to 3 days remote work possible, 2 days in the office).
  • Benefit from group insurance, telemedicine, an employee assistance program, and a health and wellness program.
  • Contribute to a retirement plan with employer contributions of up to 3%.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule that promotes work-life balance and real autonomy in time management.
  • Deal with peak periods that may lead to occasional urgencies.
