- You have between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience in the field of sales;
- You have relevant experience in customer service;
- You are a persuasive person with experience in customer retention;
- You are a person who is passionate about sales and you want to participate in the development of a team experiencing significant growth;
- On the grounds that we serve an English-speaking clientele: Being bilingual orally and in writing (an asset)
- You have training/work experience in law (an asset).
- Good communication skills;
- Comfortable in a technological environment;
- Ability to work as a team.
- Answer incoming calls;
- Call back potential customers;
- Target the client’s legal needs;
- Direct the customer to the appropriate product;
