Job description

As Legal Advisor - Contractual Mandates at Neolegal, you will be in charge of the following functions in corporate law:

• Provide advice and legal support in business law to Neolegal's various clients;
• Support Neolegal clients through the different legal stages of business creation, while ensuring that legal information is popularized;
• Proceed with the registration of businesses and the constitution of joint stock companies;
• Draft corporate documents relating to the reorganization of joint stock companies;
• Analyze company books and draft any document resulting from updating a company book;
• Draft, review and annotate legal documents such as various commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and other corporate documents;
• Carry out research mandates and legal opinions.
