Reporting to the partner in charge of the Business Law Department, the tax lawyer or notary is responsible for taking charge of files and executing the mandates entrusted to him. As such, they are able to manage several files at the same time while respecting agreed-upon deadlines and providing personalized, quality service to each of their clients. In compliance with the firm's internal policies and ethical obligations, he manages his files, reports to the partner in charge upon request, collaborates with other professionals, delegates certain tasks to technicians and legal assistants, and supervises and legally reviews their work. He/she also actively engages in business development and participates in client recruitment and outreach activities for the firm.
Your experience:
Real Estate and Commercial Law;
Planning of corporate structures;
Drafting of diversified agreements according to the personalized needs of our clients;
You are:
Member of the Bar or the Chamber of Notaries
You have:
5 to 10 years of experience
DESS or master's degree in taxation
An interest in teamwork
