-Assist lawyers on a daily basis by providing them with unparalleled administrative work;
-Plan and organize the work of the lawyer according to deadlines;
-Draft and seize the various documents related to the legal sector concerned;
-Draft and prepare procedures;
-Manage correspondence and the agenda of lawyers;
-Revise and correct texts;
-Perform the transcription of dictations;
-Follow up on ongoing cases and gather relevant information;
-Communicate with clients when necessary;
-Prepare documents related to invoicing and time entry.
-Post-secondary studies (DEP, AEC or DEC) in secretarial or office technology;
-A minimum of three years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm;
-Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite;
-A strong sense of customer service;
-An interest in learning how to use new software;
-Proactive approach, high organization of work and attention to detail;
-Autonomy and sense of organization ensuring speed of execution;
