NV-08As a legal assistance analyst, you provide telephone support and assistance to clients for various legal issues.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities

  • Provide telephone support and assistance to clients in the interpretation and application of laws, regulations, standards, policies and guidelines

  • Share relevant information based on the facts mentioned by the caller

  • Carry out research and analysis work in the various legal areas

  • Analyze, interpret and monitor changes to the applicable legislation and regulations

  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of legal assistance services by developing, updating and implementing policies, procedures, standards and tools in your field of expertise

  • At your immediate supervisor’s request, participate in various projects or mandates pertaining to your field

Other working conditions

  • Schedule : day, evening and Saturday rotations

  • Workplace: Currently regular telework because of the pandemic. Position located in Montreal. The work arrangement for the position is full-time telework

  • Number of job available : 1


  • Bachelor of Law or related field

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

  • Be a member of the Quebec Bar

  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
