NV-08En tant que conseiller en filtrage membre et client vous vous assurerez de faire le suivi des dossiers, de faire une reddition de comptes régulière ainsi que de participer activement à la mise en place des procédures et processus. Vous aurez également à travailler en collaboration avec des partenaires internes et externes relativement à des dossiers en lien avec le renseignement criminels, financiers, de la centralisation et uniformisation des dossiers. Vous serez un représentant crucial du Mouvement Desjardins dans nos relations avec les partenaires Desjardins. Vous devrez donc avoir faire preuve d’un service à la clientèle hors pair et d’une communication orale et écrite efficace et professionnelle.

General Information on the Position

Main Responsibilities

  • Acts as resource person for the organizations units and stakeholders with respect to various aspects of compliance.
  • Performs analyses and helps develop, update, implement and monitor compliance actions plans, programs, solutions and tools.
  • Supports members in his/her unit with carrying out activities or assignments aimed at ensuring consistency and balance between business needs and compliance with requirements and best practices.
  • Performs research, studies and analyses in line with his/her area of expertise to help fuel recommendations and monitor activities in the business lines.
  • Participates, where applicable, in representations to internal and external partners and organizations in collaboration with his/her unit’s professionals.
  • Carries out work for projects or assignments in his/her area of expertise.
  • Helps stakeholders interpret and apply compliance programs, policies, standards and procedures.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of two year of relevant experience
