You will be the first contact with our customers by phone and at the reception (reception, verbal and written communication). You will have to answer their needs and requests for information. You must have the ability to work in an environment where several customer requests, or internally, can occur simultaneously: for that you excel in the management of priorities. Finally, you are concerned about customer service: respect, interpersonal skills, courtesy and loyalty.
You will be in charge of managing the notaries agenda for customer information meetings.
You will open the folders and manage their ranking.
You will be responsible for administering Notaries’ minute books as well as certified copies of notarial deeds.
You will take on any other duties related to the position (mailings, invoicing …).
Your skills and strengths:
Recognized secretarial training with a specialization in legal preference or equivalent work experience.
Mastering essential word processing software. Ease in computing and learning new software.
Excellent command of the French and English language, both written and spoken.
