Your mission:
Provide exceptional customer service via calls (25 to 30 per day) and emails.
Collaborate on contract activations and updates.
Make the connection between customers, agents and other stakeholders.
Take care of administrative tasks, including the preparation of various documents.
Profile sought:
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service.
Experience in insurance, banking or finance (a plus).
Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written.
Diploma in accounting or administration.
Comfortable with the Office suite and mathematical skills.
Proven ability to resolve problems, manage multiple files simultaneously and fully satisfy clients.
