Recevoir et classer les constats d’infraction suite à leur saisie et s’occuper plus particulièrement de ce qui a trait aux diverses procédures précédant l’audition des dossiers de la cour.
Vérifier que la saisie des données apparaissant aux constats a été faite de façon conforme aux directives dans le système informatique et autres, et ce, à chaque étape d’un dossier.
Effectuer les demandes de recherches auprès des différentes instances jugées nécessaires relativement aux constats d’infraction.
Ouvrir, tenir à jour et classer les dossiers de la cour en y rassemblant les documents pertinents.
Effectuer les opérations nécessaires dans le logiciel de la cour municipale et du lien informatique EDI en vue de la communication des données pertinentes avec la SAAQ, compléter les inscriptions jugées nécessaires en demandant des compléments d’information auprès des différents intervenants.
Assister le(la) greffier(ère) de la cour municipale. Voir à l’application des mesures de perception des amendes prévues au code de procédure pénale ou autre loi habilitante, sous la supervision du(de la) greffier(ère) de la cour municipale.
Répondre au public s’adressant à la cour, en personne ou par téléphone.
S’occuper des principales tâches reliées à l’encaissement telles que percevoir des argents, balancer les caisses, préparer les bordereaux de dépôts et transmettre le tout au Service des ressources financières et matérielles.
Effectuer le travail général de bureautique vous étant demandé.
Tenir à jour l’inventaire des fournitures de bureau ou tout autre matériel du service et, au besoin, compléter les réquisitions. Vérifier les fournitures ou le matériel sur réception de ces derniers et préparer les avis de réception pour paiement.
Agir à titre de commissaire à l’assermentation.
Signer et authentifier certains documents de la cour municipale.
Voir à la tenue du plumitif et au traitement des dossiers de nature civile.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe que vous confie votre supérieur(e).
