Description de l’offre d’emploi

La personne titulaire du poste sera responsable de fournir un soutien administratif et juridique aux avocats avec comme tâches principales de s'occuper de l'accueil des clients et de la réception des appels téléphoniques, en plus de collaborer à l’entraide des autres membres de l’équipe. Ses principales fonctions seront les suivantes :

Ouverture et fermeture des dossiers;
Assurer la gestion des appels;
Communiquer avec les différents intervenants externes (huissier, palais de justice, etc.);
Rédiger et réviser des correspondances;
Facturation
Assister les avocats dans la préparation de leurs auditions, au niveau des tâches plus cléricales;
Saisir les entrées de temps dans le logiciel comptable;
Effectuer des recherches au RDPRM, Registre foncier, Registraire des entreprises et autres ressources au besoin;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes au besoin.

Exigences et habiletés requises :

Aptitude à travailler en équipe;
Bonne maîtrise du français oral et écrit;
Maîtrise de la suite Office ainsi que des outils informatiques pertinents au travail;
Détenir une bonne capacité d’adaptation et être polyvalent;
